目前推動之2016年版智慧建築標章評估手冊,在設計需求、技術環境的更迭中,實有滾動檢討改進之需要。本計畫蒐集智慧建築標章相關申請人、產業界、專家學者及使用者等對象不同面向之回饋意見,依據前項意見彙整及問題分析,檢討現行智慧建築評估手冊相關規定,據以研提智慧建築評估手冊增修訂建議,提供後續編審委員會完成手冊改版之參考。

針對國內占比97%的既有建築物,儘速納入智慧建築的評定範疇,有效擴大推動成效。因此,本計畫規劃舊建築改善類之智慧建築評估內容及評定基準,完成智慧建築評估手冊—舊建築改善類(草案),評估方式,除了可以依據現行智慧建築標章之進行評估,主要採用智慧化改善效益評估,以展現改善性能效益為主要評估方式,依據『安全監控』、『節能管理』、『健康舒適』、『便利效率』、『整合智慧化服務』等五個面向,計算改善前與改善後評估得分,與改善綜合效益。本計畫也舉辦一場宣導說明會,由本次宣導說明會,對於舊建築改善類可適用之對象、須投入之相關資源及效益等,透過座談方式宣導,並徵詢業界之意見,可以供未來推廣與落實之參考。



英文摘要


The 2016 edition of the intelligent building evaluation manual, which is currently being promoted, has a need for rolling review and improvement in the design requirements and technical environment changes. The project collects feedback from different applicants, industry, experts, scholars and users of the Intelligent building label, and reviews the relevant provisions of the current intelligent building evaluation manual based on the analysis and analysis of the previous items. The intelligent building evaluation manual is revised and recommended to provide a reference for the follow-up review committee to complete the revision of the manual.

For the existing buildings with a domestic proportion of 97%, they will be included in the assessment of smart buildings as soon as possible, effectively expanding the promotion results. Therefore, the plan plans the intelligent building assessment content and assessment criteria for the old building improvement category, and completes the intelligent building evaluation manual – the old building improvement category (draft). The evaluation method can be evaluated based on the current smart building label. Wisdom to improve the efficiency evaluation, to show the improvement of performance and efficiency as the main evaluation method, based on the "safety monitoring", "energy saving management", "health and comfort", "convenience efficiency", "integrated intelligent service" and other five aspects, calculation improvement Pre- and post-improvement assessment scores, and improved overall benefits. The project also held a publicity briefing session. This briefing session will be held for the purpose of the old building renovation category, the relevant resources and benefits to be invested, and will be consulted through the forum and consulted with the industry. It can be used as a reference for future promotion and implementation.
