(五) 辦理綠建築標章家族資訊網與英文網頁內容更新， 並改以RWD(Responsive Web Design)的語法撰寫。
Since the establishment of the "Green Building Label System" in 1999, the green building policy has become an important part of Taiwan's sustainable development policy. In 2001, the Executive Yuan approved the implementation of the "Green Building Promotion Plan", requiring public buildings with a total construction cost of NT$50 million or more to obtain the "Candidate Green Building Certificate" and the "Green Building Label" from public buildings. Leading the way, guiding the follow-up of the civil society and the industry, the performance of Taiwan's green building policy has been outstanding. So far, more than 500 cases have been applied for each year, which has achieved concrete results and won the recognition of the public and private sectors and the public. The project aims to improve the quality and professionalism of green building assessment. This project handles the following matters:
1.To discuss the overall development strategy of green buildings, enhance the popularization rate of the green building applied by the private cases, and expand the strategy for the extension of the approved proportions of the green building period.
2.Strengthen the green building and green building materials chain, and review the latest content of LEED, and evaluate the potential of green building and microclimate monitoring to introduce green building.
3.Review the review of the Green Building Assessment Manual.
4.Conduct education and training for members of the Green Building Assessment Team and full-time technical staff.
5.Handle the green building label family information network and English web content update, and write the grammar of RWD (Responsive Web Design).
6.Handle case check and spot check of professional organization assessment business.
7.Handling green building assessment into a forward-looking air conditioning strategy, such as reducing the building power peak demand, the overall part of the chiller load efficiency (IPLV) and innovative air conditioning technology concessions and other issues feasibility assessment.
