智慧化居住空間展示推廣計畫

一、研究緣起

為落實推動「智慧化居住空間」政策,於98年建置「智慧化居住空間展示中心(Living 3.0)」,提供國人體驗建築物結合智慧化技術應用之展示推廣服務,進而瞭解安全、健康、便利、舒適及節能的智慧生活環境;期間賡續並建置「智慧住宅單元展示區(Smart Unit)」及「智慧住宅中南部展示場(Smart Home)」,共同推展智慧生活理念。

為期賡續前期執行成果,持續提升計畫內涵及成效,並整合「智慧綠建築與永續智慧社區」發展,規劃進行一般民眾智慧生活需求調查研究,將智慧科技應用服務帶入建築與社區空間,俾能結合資通訊科技優勢,改善既有建築物之使用效率與空間機能;另建置與推廣在地社區民生服務、健康照護與智慧住居、智慧能源系統,擴大安全、健康、節能及舒適便利優質生活環境的發展;此外,為鼓勵智慧建築設計人、起造人或相關規劃技師等深化智慧建築設計與實踐,規劃辦理「優良智慧建築評選計畫」,藉由評選活動及優良作品之展示宣導,達到普及推廣之政策目標。

因應我國高齡少子女化之人口結構變遷趨勢及性別平權的家事分工需求,本計畫另將整合智慧化居住空間概念,規劃高齡者健康關懷與幼齡者養育照護、家事共為設施之展示項目,全面建構智慧化生活空間,以期滿足國人對於現有及未來生活居住空間的憧憬及期待。

二、執行內容

分項計畫一:日常導覽及營運管理

依據展示中心、智慧住宅中南部展示場及易構住宅實驗屋之發展定位,進行智慧化系統提升及日常導覽及營運管理工作如下:展示中心及易構住宅實驗屋日常導覽、營運管理、智慧化系統功能之整合、擴充與維護及智慧住宅台中展示區之遷移、建置與擴充等。

分項計畫二:研習活動及行銷推廣

透過相關活動舉辦,結合實體建置之住宅及辦公生活智慧化空間具體呈現,期能教育社會大眾智慧生活意涵,並導引國內智慧化科技產業發展方向。本分項計畫工作內容如下:辦理主題式智慧生活研習參訪課程、智慧建築標章推廣課程、各級學校學生參訪行程方案、既有建築智慧化改善案例觀摩會、參與國內智慧化居住空間相關議題之會展活動、相關競賽活動及行銷推廣與資訊傳播等。

分項計畫三:既有建築物智慧化改善輔導工作、優良智慧建築評選及智慧住宅南部展示區之遷移、建置與擴充

針對中央機關等所屬公有建築,以安全監控、健康照護、便利舒適、節能永續為優先,建構建築物智慧化基礎設施,並透過既有建築物智慧化改善工作之宣導與推廣落實智慧建築之理念。為鼓勵智慧建築設計人、起造人或相關規劃技師等深化智慧建築設計與實踐,規劃辦理「優良智慧建築評選計畫」,藉由評選活動及優良作品之展示宣導,達到普及推廣之政策目標。「智慧綠建築-智慧住宅南部展示場所」自102年啟用至今,累積參觀人次達3萬人,與捷運公司簽訂場地租約受限「租約即將到期」,本年度擬於高雄市政府四維中心再行建置智慧住宅展示區,並導入更新智慧化技術與服務。工作內容如下:成立專業輔導團、輔導公有建築物改善工作並完成107年度改善案例彙編等;成立優良智慧建築評選小組、舉辦得獎作品頒獎典禮及得獎作品展版、專輯製作及舉辦得獎作品展覽等;更新建置智慧住宅南部展示區。

三、展示中心未來發展建議事項

短期規劃建議

建立智慧化系統設備模組化展示平台

以展示中心二樓智慧住宅單元或易構住宅作為模組化之相關智慧化系統設備實驗場域,導入相關模組化系統設備並進行軟硬體之實驗與測試展示。

建立智慧建築管理平台

二樓辦公空間作為智慧建築標章示範場域,展示區將依智慧建築標章指標內容為主軸,在既有的展示設備基礎上進行盤點與規劃,以局部現有綜合佈線管道、空調、照明及感測裝置設備結合可視化手法和空間定位技術,透過虛實整合結合實體空間之系統設備及虛擬之數位內容及資訊,提升物管效率及呈現展現未來建築智慧化營運管理之作業服務模式。

建置物聯網智慧居家服務平台

結合現有展示系統設備,因應物聯網趨勢及全齡化人口結構變化導入包含一樓客廳及銀髮房之智慧語音、廚房區手勢操作等友善使用操作介面,且提供友善育兒環境導入嬰兒居家照護系統展示、高齡或行動不便者輔具展示,以呈現未來物聯網時代居家生活之新體驗。

中長期規劃建議

依據資誠會計師事務所公布「全球前瞻科技大趨勢」調查報告指出,影響全球企業未來的八項突破性新科技,包括:人工智慧、物聯網、擴增實境、機器人、區塊鏈、虛擬實境、無人機與3D列印,會在未來五到七年內產生跨產業的重大影響。上述前瞻技術對每個產業的影響都不同,但未來幾年,新科技將產生跨產業的全球影響,改變大家的生活。同樣的對於未來之智慧生活產業、智慧建築、社區及城市領域,前瞻科技也將帶來許多創新的應用,後續建議可結合相關產官學研等單位,利用既有之展示空間與設備,開放做為前瞻科技的應用與實證展示場域,並建立相關應用服務之商業模式,收集使用者之經驗與意見,做為後續軟硬體設計及導入系統服務的改進建議。



英文摘要


Introduction

With the rapid development of the Information and Communication Technology, intelligent technology, and the increase of daily demands, there has developed a growing trend nowadays of apply related intelligent devices and systems to promote the quality of our living environment and to make a more effective life.

Intelligent Living Space, Smart Unit, Smart Home in Taichung, Smart Home in Kaohsiung, and EAG house displayed the performance of applying RFID technique explores the ideal intelligent living space and conceives the new values of living, working space and environmental safety through the integrated utilizes of intelligent technology and user-friendly consideration. Combined the technology with aspects of life and applied the ICT technology in aspects of safety, convenience, energy-saving, and healthcare in these technological integrated places, it is expected to lead the development of creative products and comprehensively contracture intelligent spaces to achieve the brand new smart lifestyle.

Executed contents

Sub-item 1:Offering daily tour and operation management 

Job descriptions according to the developing orientation of Intelligent Living Space, Smart Unit, Smart Home in Taichung, Smart Home in Kaohsiung, and EAG house, include the daily tour, operation management, integration, expansion and maintenance of intelligent systems, and the relocation, development, and expansion of Smart Home in Taichung in order to advance the quality of intelligent system, daily tour and operation management.

Sub-item 2: Holding seminars and promotion

The idea of intelligent life is expected to successfully publicize and the direction of the development of national intelligent industry is expected to well-guided through holding related seminars and activities and displaying intelligent living space and office space. Job descriptions include holding seminars, competition, case studies, tours, and exhibitions related intelligent life, labels of intelligent building, and intellectualization of existing buildings in order to promote the idea and disseminate information of smart life.

Sub-item 3: Providing consultation of the development and intellectualization of existing buildings

For the public buildings such as the central government, we will give priority to safety monitoring, health care, convenience and energy conservation, and build intelligent infrastructure for buildings, and implement smart buildings through the wisdom and improvement of existing buildings. To encourage smart building designers, builders or related planning technicians to deepen the design and practice of smart buildings, the "Excellent Smart Building Selection Project” is executed in this year. Since its inception in 2013, the "Smart Home Exhibition Center (Kaohsiung) " has accumulated 30,000 visitors. Due to the lease is about to expire. This year, it is planned to be relocated at the Kaohsiung City Government's Center to establish a smart er and residential display area and introduce updated smart technologies and services. 

The contents of the work are as follows: the establishment of professional counselling groups, the improvement of public buildings and the completion of the 2018 improvement case compilation; the establishment of the Good Wisdom Building Selection Panel, the awarding ceremony and the award-winning works exhibition, album production and awards Exhibitions of works, updated the Smart Home Exhibition Center in Kaohsiung, and etc.

Recommendations for future development

Short-term program recommendation:

Establishing modular system of intelligent display platform

Taking the smart house unit on the second floor of the Intelligent Living Space or EAG House as the experimental system of intelligent system equipment related to modularization, import the relevant modular system equipment and carry out the experiment and test display of hardware and software.

Building a smart building management platform

The office space on the second floor will serve as a demonstration area for Intelligent Building Label. The display area will be marked and planned on the basis of the existing display equipment based on the contents of the Intelligent Building Label indicators. The existing integrated wiring ducts, air conditioners, lighting and the sensing device combines visual technology and spatial positioning technology to enhance property management efficiency and present a homework service model that demonstrates the future intelligent operation and management of buildings through the integration of physical and virtual digital equipment and virtual digital contents and information.The central control system and the model settings of second floor office have been operated above eight years that certain installations are getting old and ineffective. Therefore, these installations are recommended to replace and upgrade coordinated the contents of system integration and facilities management of the Intelligent Building Label in order to maintain the quality of tours.

Building IoT smart home service platform

Integrating existing display system and equipment into the infant home care system through the introduction of IoT-based trends and full-time demographic changes, a user-friendly interface including smart voice on the first floor living room and elder’s room, gesture operation in the kitchen area, and friendly childcare environment in order to show the new experience of home life in the future IoT era.

Long-term program recommendation:

According to the report "Global Trends in Prospecting Technology" pointed out that eight breakthrough new technologies that affect the future of global enterprises include: artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, augmented reality, robotics, blockchain, virtualization Realistic, drone and 3D printing will have a major cross-industry impact over the next five to seven years. The above forward-looking technologies have different impacts on each industry. However, in the coming years, new technologies will have a global impact across industries and change their lives. The same for the future of smart life industries, smart buildings, community and urban areas, forward-looking technology will also bring many innovative applications, follow-up recommendations can be combined with the relevant research institutes and other units, the use of existing display space and equipment, open as a forward-looking technology application and demonstration field, and establish the business model of application services, user experience and opinions collected as a follow-up software and hardware design and import system services improvements.
