The Architecture and Building Research Institute, seeks to promote and increase public-private partnership in net zero building development, and will hold a “Net Zero Building and Building Energy-Efficiency Label Information Panel” on May 7th, 2024, at 14:00pm on the 15th floor of the Dapinglin building. The main topics of the panel include: 1) Green building development and net-zero building transformation strategy, 2) Implementation of 1+ Building Energy-Efficiency in office buildings, 3) Step and benefits of net zero building green bond financing of private buildings, 4) Roadmap to the international adoption of Building Energy-Efficiency Label in align with IFRS sustainability accounting standards, 5) Integration of near zero building techniques in building social housing, 6) Introduction to public and private Building Energy-Efficiency applications, and the self-inspection online platform. Speakers from Delta Electronics, Taipei Exchange, CPA Associations Taiwan, and National Housing and Urban Regeneration Center will share views on net zero building practices and “Taiwan Sustainable Taxonomy” implementation strategy.
